1. Data We Collect During Purchase
When you make a purchase on our store, we collect standard transaction details through our e-commerce platform:
- Your Name and Email Address (to deliver your software and license keys).
- Billing Address (for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes).
- Payment Info: We never see or store your raw credit card information. Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal).
2. Data We Collect During License Activation
To protect our digital assets and deliver remote updates, our single-plugin architecture features a built-in license ping. When you activate your key within a WordPress dashboard, our activation server securely logs:
- The active License Key.
- The specific Domain URL where the plugin is activated (to enforce your site allocation limits).
- The current version of the plugin being run.
- Note: We do not collect, track, or look at any of your clients’ e-commerce data, user data, or financial transactions.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use standard, minimal functional cookies to keep track of your shopping cart contents and keep you logged into your account dashboard. We do not use aggressive third-party data tracking or sell your personal data to advertisers.
4. Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain your account and purchase history indefinitely to ensure you can always access your downloadable assets and active license dashboard. If you would like to request a copy of the data we hold on you, or request total deletion of your store account, please contact us.
