plugins.idevgames.co.uk). By purchasing or using our software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. License Grant & Usage
Upon purchase, iDev Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the specific license tier you purchased (e.g., 1 Site, 5 Sites, or Unlimited/Lifetime).
- License keys are tracked via our remote activation server.
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling your unique license key to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.
2. Software Delivery & Security Updates
Our software is delivered digitally via email or direct download from our store. Active license keys grant you access to automatic updates, bug fixes, and security patches. If your license expires or is revoked, access to updates and Pro functionality will terminate immediately.
3. Open Source & Proprietary Logic
While certain core elements or dependencies of our software may utilize open-source frameworks (including the State.js engine), the packaged WordPress plugin architecture, styling configurations, and individual product integrations are proprietary assets of iDev Games. You may not repackage or resell our software under your own brand.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we build for maximum efficiency and lock layout performance at high frame rates, iDev Games is not liable for any damages, database disruptions, conflicts with third-party themes/plugins, or lost revenue resulting from the use or inability to use our software.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to revoke license keys or terminate support access to any user who violates these terms, uses the software for illegal activities, or engages in abusive behavior toward our development and support team.
