2. License Deactivation upon Refund
Please note that all of our premium extensions rely on an active licensing engine to receive core updates, security patches, and advanced features.
- Immediate Expiration: Upon the approval and processing of a refund, the license key associated with your purchase will be permanently revoked and expired on our activation servers.
- Pro Feature Cessation: Once deactivated, the plugin will immediately cease to function in Pro mode, and your access to product support and software updates will be terminated.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team here within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Your original order number.
- The email address used during checkout.

4. Processing Time
